agn88 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, subject to applicable balance-return procedures.
All transactions on the agn88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect).
Deposits are typically credited to your agn88 account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. agn88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or network outages beyond our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. agn88 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, in line with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. All bets placed on the agn88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game category. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that bet type.
agn88 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or in circumstances where it is evident that the outcome of an event was already known at the time the bet was placed ("palpable error"). In the case of a void bet, stakes are returned to the Member's account balance.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. agn88 reserves the right to limit the wagering activity of any account at its sole discretion, including where patterns of play are identified that suggest advantage-taking, exploitation of pricing errors, or collusion.
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member unless expressly permitted under the Cash Out feature, where available for the relevant market.
From time to time, agn88 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the Promotion is offered, including minimum odds requirements, wagering requirements (turnover conditions), time limits, and eligible game restrictions.
Bonus funds and free bets cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. agn88 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any Promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.

All content on the agn88 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, data compilations, and game content — is the property of agn88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal recreational use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the agn88 Platform without prior written consent from agn88.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agn88 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service.
agn88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond agn88's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit agn88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
agn88 collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering for an agn88 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
agn88 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. agn88 may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or game providers where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering.
